Below are the steps for scheduling meetings using the MS Outlook Calendar. We kindly request everyone to follow these steps consistently.

 

Step 1: Access Microsoft Calendar Open a web browser and navigate to Outlook.com. Log in with your company email address and password. Or Simply Start MS Outlook Application.

 

Step 2: Access Calendar SettingsOnce logged in, locate, and click on the "Calendar" icon   at the left side options to access your calendar. 

 

Step 3: Open the calendar and Select dates and time and mentioned required attendees with needful details for meeting or event.

 

Step 4: Click on SAVE & Close button to share the calendar with mentioned attendees. The same scheduled shared with attendees.

 

Notes: Make sure you are logged in with your company email address to access Microsoft Calendar. Syncing your calendar allows you to view and manage events and appointments across multiple devices.
